Is there anyway to load imagery from this site into GM:

NRL Rampant Lion


I am new to "WFS Capabilities"...?

It looks like you should be able to access it using WMS in Global Mapper. Just use the File->Download Online Imagery menu command and add a new data source. The server URL that you need is:

http://mapserver.cmf.nrl.navy.mil/wms
