custom linestyles?

Hi,

Is it possible to create custom line and area styles?
I would like to have the roads drawn like the image below.

    While you cannot create your own line styles, there are dozens of built-in styles available on the Line Styles tab of the Configuration dialog. The latest build of Global Mapper also includes a line style with black edges and a user-selectable color for the center of the line. I have placed a new build at http://www.globalmapper.com/global_mapper10.zip with the change for you to try. Simply download that file and extract the contents into your existing v10.xx installation folder to give it a try.
