Move layers interactively

Possibility to move layers up/down on Overlay Control Center by dragging them up down. Nice when you have to move one layer more than 1 step up/down repeatedly.

    We do eventually hope to add this. If drag and drop proves too difficult, we may just add up and down arrow buttons to make it easier to move layers multiple positions in the draw order.

    You're probably already doing this, but . . .

    Because GM has a move to top/bottom function, you can often get a few items in a new position by clever use of group moves to the top/bottom. Works for me.

    Yes I know. I also try to load the images in the "correct" order when loading. Thanks for the tip:)
