File already loaded -> YES to ALL

When dragging multiple files from explorer to GlobalMapper I sometimes drag files that are already open. And have to push YES on each of them. A "Yes to ALL" option would be nice. To automatically skip files that are already loaded in the workspace.

    This is already done for traditional multi-load operations. The problem is that when you drag a collection of files onto Global Mapper, Windows only sends the filenames to load one at a time, so it just looks like a series of single load operations to Global Mapper, prompting different behavior where you are prompted for each file. There's not too much that can be done about this easily.
