Cant minimize Global Mapper when loading large xyz file

If I am loading in a large xyz file (couple 100 MB), I am unable to minimize global mapper. If I bring up a window in front of global mapper, the little loading dialog flashes up in front of which ever window I just loaded.

    You won't be able to minimize Global Mapper while doing a large load as it is too busy to respond to the minimize message. Once the load completes then it should work as expected.
