How to set a new hyperlink in Global Mapper

We are unable to download SRTM data via Global Mapper.
Can anybody guide us to download SRTM data via Global Mapper(from File Menu).

Please find the snapshot of error message popped out.

It looks like you have a corrupt file. You can navigate to that file in Explorer and delete it. You might also want to consider just downloading the SRTM data directly to your hard drive from CGIAR-CSI SRTM 90m DEM Digital Elevation Database rather than using the built-in server access (which has been unreliable lately due to server overload).
