Saving tiff...

I am trying to save my workspace as a tiff image, but I am getting a window that says unable to download 512.png tile, after that I have to shut down because the window keeps ticking, never dissapears. Its a bug.

    It sounds like you have a corrupt file in your WMS cache. Try closing Global Mapper, then going to your system Temp folder, then find the GlobalMapper folder under that, then delete the OGCWMS folder there (or at least the contents of the folder). Then you can try your export again and it should work.

    Thanks for your quick response
    I did what you suggest, erase all content and also the folder, but the window keeps cooming until it blocks the program, do you think it would be a good idea to erase all temp files?
    or what else can I do

    Did you shut down Global Mapper first? The dialog lists the specific filename that is causing the issue, have you made sure to delete precisely that file?
