MP Format and "Type" Hex codes

Regarding the "File...export vector data...export Polish MP (cgpsmapper) file" function:

Does anyone have a table that shows what "Type" hex code is output to the .MP format file for each of the standard Global Mapper point, line, and polygon style types?
