Export raster - remove empty files

Add a feature when exporting to remove empty files, ie files that is completely outside the "Selected Area Features". Useful when doing exports like in http://www.globalmapperforum.com/forums//showthread.php?p=581

    Actually this is already done. If you do a gridded export cropped to selected area features, any grid cells completely outside the selected crop area will not be exported.
