importing c-map data

Hi guys
A newbie to the forum.
Can I download files from my Navman 8084 chartplotter into the global mapping software.
I have the ability to save waypoints, tracks and routes to the c-map user card but not sure how to import these into global mapper.
File extensions are .LIC, .MRC, .BND, and a BIN file

    Global Mapper does not support the format of the data format used by Navman chart plotters.
