My GM 21.1 stopped opening shapefiles

I have tried reinstalling, allowing the app through Win 11 firewall, deleting irrelevant registry entries, etc.

This happened after a Win 11 update.

Any help will be highly appreciated, as I am busy with a critical project, and now I am stuck!!

    I read on this and other forums about the incorrect operation of many versions of GM with Win 11. Try installing Win 10 additionally. If you don't want to delete 11.
