How to join attributes from one layer to another layer

I have 2 layers A and B,I want to join one attribute from layer A to layer B ,how should I do if I don't want to export any auxiliary file。I only want to carry out this function derectly.

In fack I want to achieve this function: I have 2 points feature layers A and B,A is bigger than B,it includs all points of B in one attribute named StakeNo.I want to find and filter all the points which are not in layer B.

Please help me
