Elevation Legend tied to draw mode

Hello,

I've found that the elevation legend in the map layout editor is tied to the draw mode for terrain display and it cannot be unlinked. The other issue is that when restarting a saved project the draw mode resets to default so then the elevation legend gets reset as well. This also prevents being able to have multiple pages with different elevation legends as they are all tied back to the draw mode.


Would be nice to have a button in the elevation legend element creation that allows for it to be disconnected from the draw mode?
