How to resolve circular buffer overlaps by bisecting the overlapping area(s)

New member here.

I have Global Mapper Standard v26.2. I have a number of drill holes in which I wish to make an estimate of the mineralization contained within an radius-based area of influence (buffer). All of the holes are on one layer and frequently these buffers overlap. I would like to resolve the overlap by bisecting the overlap with a line and eliminating the portion of the buffer that is outside the bisecting line. The line would then be joined to the remainder of the buffer and a new area determined. Ideally, this process would be automated and the resolved areas could report to a spreadsheet. Is this within the powers of GM?
