How to rename created and converted range rings to match source point names?
I am using GM 11.0 (yes, I know it's old LOL). I have loaded points from a .CSV file, created Range Rings, then created Line Features from these Range Ring areas (converted the Range Ring areas to lines). How do I assign the original names found in the original .CSV file to each of the circles (lines)? I want to export them as a KMZ and have these circles be named for their source point names rather than all of them either show up named as <no name> or named the radius length. Many thanks in advance!

The range rings should have the name of the point by default. In my case, ATTR_1 is the name of the points I used. Maybe it's because I had labels displayed for those points when I made the range rings, and you didn't? Not sure.
Anyways, you can accomplish this with the "copy attributes between nearby features" tool.
I deleted the attribute that held the point name in the range rings, so I have the same starting point as you.
Select all of your range rings, right click in the map, select this option
See settings below
Point name (ATTR_1) added to range rings now
Now set your name display for your range rings
