Creating Mining Bench from Hillside Excavation

Hi All,

I am new to global mapper, I have the elevation data from drone Lidar survey. I would like to know how to create multiple bench along the hill side excavation with certain parameter (slope, with and heigh of benches). I check along the flatenned the site plan but could not find the way of benches in the hillside. Please help me how to create the benches.
