Export from REST or WMS Raster Service hangs

I use export raster from a couple of different services. USDA NAIP is a good example. One version I do is a larger area at no more than 2' resolution. This has always worked until some recent upgrades. It will count up to 11%, then say not responding and fail, even if left to run overnight. I have 2 projects where it worked previously on Windows 10 Virtual Desktop and Global Mapper 25 I believe, but it won't work with Windows 11 (and have gone back and tried a Windows 10 desktop). We have also had some network updates in that timeframe. We have network license(s) of version 26.1 installed currently.
