Combine Point Layers
I have two sets of points, both in the same area. I would like to combine them into one Control Center layer. How can I do that?

How about you select all the points in one layer with the edit tool. Then use ctrl X or cntrl C on the keyboard to cut/copy all the points. Then go to the Edit menu and choose Paste or cntrl V. It will give you the option to copy to an existing layer (the other point set)
All points should then be in the same layer.
I hope I understood your question!

By edit tool, I meant the Digitizer Tool (Alt D)- sorry!
