Global Mapper for Microstation

Long time GIS user, Global Mapper is very useful tool for me. Most of my product is produced using Microstation CAD files (DGN). When I needs to export from my GIS I've been using DXF due to certain issues.

Couple things that need to be done so I can use export to DGN

  1. All entities should come over with attributes set to ByLevel . Right now they're using some arbitrary values to guess at what black is.
  2. An option for 2d file output would be helpful.
