Exporting to Recap

Why is it that when all my units are set to US Survey feet that the point cloud exports to a recap file but in Meters?

    It looks like the RCS (Recap) export will use the 'Elevation Display / Export Units' setting on the Vertical Options tab of the Configuration dialog to control the exported elevation units. If I set this to 'Statute (ft)', then the elevations are exported in feet for me.
