Populate Points with Areas

I have a list of XY coordinates that should represent the center of a 200x300 pad (at an orientation other than straight up/down). Is there a good way to load these in? I have 200 some locations and I'd rather not have to adjust and rotate these all one at a time.

    Hi @ParkerS,

    What is the format of the rotation information? WCB along central (longest) axis? Co-ords at each corner? If you could let us know e might be able to help...
