North Arrow not aligned with local grid

Trying to make a map in our local mine grid, but the North Arrow is not oriented correctly.

I have a .prj file which provides the projection for the local grid, and input data is in GDA94 MGA zone 50.

Input data is displayed correctly, as is the grid, but for some reason the North arrow is not?

(Our grid is rotated by 41.62 degrees, from True North)

Any ideas?
