Export 3 d vector ignore elevation?

Hello everyone I have a problem when I drow polygon from 4 elevations points for example in GM and export it to other GM user there is different as per height how can I solve it please?

    It is necessary to check the consistency of coordinate systems and vertical datums in both versions of GM.

    Same projection and and vertical Datum, when I drow line from two points that have elevations using GM 26 and send it into other GM version 25.1 the line will be shifting, a little shift with in Cm.

    Also when I convert it in to Autocad it will come 3D poly line not 2D
