Getting error, lost all my data in one file. please help!!!

Hi,

I'm working on a project and I had this one file where I had all my data on this project. Today when I opened the file I got this error (picture below) and none of the data is loading except some raster layers in GEOTIFF format.

Has anyone faced similar issue and is there a way to get my data back?

The error is happening when an online source is being loaded. Your Global Mapper version is several years old, so it's hard to tell what actually caused the error. It is likely fixed in later versions.

In any case, if you edit your .gmw file in a text editor, like Notepad, you can just remove the IMPORT_OSM_TILE command listed in the error to load everything else. I would suggest making a backup copy of the .gmw file before editing it just in case something goes wrong though.

And if possible, upgrading to a newer version of Global Mapper would likely load it with no issues.
