This version includes many new and improved capabilities, most of which were added based on ongoing requests and suggestions from users. Below is a list of the new features implemented in Global Mapper v26.0. Please read the list carefully, as some of the items include special instructions and requests.

• New button is located on the Analysis toolbar between Create Watershed and Elevation Grid QC. It can also be accessed from the Terrain Analysis dropdown menu
• Added Command Search which allows users to search for tools
• New button is located at the end of the File toolbar or can be opened from the File dropdown menu
• Path Profile Configuration menu has been reorganized for easier use
• The Path Profile Configuration Menu has been broken down into tabs with more user friendly layouts
• Display the location in 2D map dynamically during the walk mode in the 3D
• Edit 3D Heights in Lidar Path Profile Window
• Automatic model key point identification
• Located in Automatic Point Cloud Classification Dialog as a checkbox flag

New Module Beta (Deep Learning based analysis)

*This Module requires files to be download from the Extra Downloads option in the installer*

• Use our custom models to classify various parts of raster data, and Fine tuning models to fit specific data
• The following tools are located in the new DeepLearning Toolbar
• Raster Land cover classification
• Car identification in Raster data
• Building identification in Raster data
