Memory issue, exports not complete

The output of exported LAS is sometimes not complete, with holes or squares with missing data.

Also raster with Labels will not export correct, partly missing text, and its depending on resolution, higher resolution and the labels cuts shorter, with lower resolution the text is more complete.

Any suggestions?

I'm seeing similar odd holes or squares in output from LAS ground classification. At first, I thought my parameters were the problem, but the classification works on small samples of the same data.
