Change font and line thickness for contours
Hello all
Sorry for the numpty question. I'm generating contours in GM 23. The contours show as thick brown lines. Is there a way of making them thinner and black but still retaining the difference in thickness between minor and major contours? I know that I can change the line style for all of them by altering the line style in "Vector Options" for the vector layer - but then I lose the thick/thin difference between major and minor contours.
And is there a way of making the contour labels bigger (so that they plot OK) but without generating a new separate label layer? Generating a label layer stops the labels aligning with the direction of the contours, so I'd rather not do that.
Many thanks for any help!

Hi Rob,
You can change line styles for contours based on choosing the option to apply a style based on attribute/name values. This allows you to change the line type, thickness, color, etc for major and minor contours.
You should then be able to change the label font size by clicking the Select Label Font button.
Hope this helps!
