What UTC Time format is this??

Hi, i have data from a NMEA source creating a live tracklog. Have selected to save the tracklog and the resulting file has the UTC Time in an unusual format. Is this Julian day and i've lost the decimal places or something? Would like to recover date and time from the data.

Please excuse filename spelling! I've been forwarded this from guys in the field doing a survey. The date should be 14 April 2024 if that helps.

    I am curious to know if you were able to figure out how to interpret the UTC Time listed if one chooses to let GlobalMapper write GPS readings to a text file?
