Convert State plane Coordinates from Meters to US Feet

New to GM here. How do we convert a file that is already in state plane but imports in meters? How do we convert from meters to us feet?

We need to convert these to be in the range of x200000, y100000

Go to "configure" in the tools menu then select projection. There's also a coordinate converter in the tools menu.

From my experience Global Mapper always exports in the coordinate system you are using.

You may simply need to change the projection. GM will alter the position of the entities for you.
