Curve Number Grid from Land Use and Soil Maps

Is it possible to create Curve Number Map from Soil and Land Cover Maps?

I am thinking it is possible using raster calculator, but I am missing the right equations and arguments to make it work. I have (*.Tiff) files for both Soil and land cover.

If raster calculator do not solve the issue, is there another way out?
