Hello

Global Mapper 20 license has been disabled After changing my computer's motherboard.


You have purchased a license for Global Mapper 20

Since 2018 AD

My computer crashed and its motherboard was replaced

After that, the program began requesting a license again

When I enter the license number

I'm getting an error message


I have never transferred the program to another computer

I have never canceled the program's license since I purchased it

I just changed my computer's motherboard, and for the first time I did so

Can you guide me?

    If I re-enter the activation code

    A message appears that I have reached the maximum program transfer times

    I'm having the same licensing issue. I'm just relocating my laptop from the office to home. My MAC id changed and my GM broke. Apparently this issue have been around since v15.0 (10 years ago). GM wants me to renew my maintenance service. This node-locked licensing is a not good.
