Suggestions for the control center and vertex editing

Hi, I include a variety of suggests below for both the Control Center, and some miscellaneous suggestions for editing. Thanks for your great work to date!

Control Center Suggestions

Allow "F2" to be used to edit layer titles

Allow layer groups to be turned on and off while preserving the individual layer states of layers within the group.

Make the layer manager searchable.

Allow save states of active layers.

Export layer list as CSV with active states listed

Provide a way to change layer source files by updating links without a script

Some editing suggestions:

individual toggles for snap options (vertex only / feature only / no snap)

Add a way to "evenly distribute elevations between first and last" without going into the vertex editor. even if you just put it in the vertex editing right-click context menu it would save a few clicks.

When drawing squares and circles, allow input of the width/radius

From the profile viewer, when viewing a profile of an existing line, add a function to insert a vertex on the line at a selected point.

This will be nice.

For the snap options and select from features type I recommend creating buttons. You have the advantage of enable / disable during vectorization.
