Where are the projection files for the other planets?

Hi,

The gdt_data folder includes information about the projections. But it does not seem to include the projections defined for the other other planets. Where can this be found?

For instance, there is a MOLA sphere defined, but it is not clear whether the sphere is polar or equatorial, or other. It would be useful to know what is exactly used, because various versions exist.
