Exporting only visible elevation data

I have an elevation grid where I have clamped out some values and I have set a colour as transparent. Can I export only the elevation data that is still visible on the screen. When I export the data using xyz grid I get the whole surface.

    It will not work like that for elevation grid raster.

    You need to go to layer options ant then to Alter Elevation tab and set there the elevation to show.

    After that you can export

    Thanks 946. I was close. I did what you said but I had the unwanted data clamped out. I'll give it a go without ticking the clamped out box.
