DGN Export without labels?

Is it possible to export to DGN without layers or at least put the labels on a separate layer so it's easy to delete them once I open the file in Microstation? I'm trying to export contours and when I open the file there are elevation labels absolutely all over the place and in different sizes. I don't really need the labels at all since I can just hover over the line to get the elevations.

    Hi @ecarlson.

    I can't speak to MicroStation, but I know when I export GM generated contours to .dwg or .dxf for AutoCAD that you can select "Do not include display labels" or "Include labels as Separate Text Layer" as shown by screen clips below. Perhaps try exporting to .dxf and then bring into MicroStation?
