I am trying to download 10M Clutter, Terrain, and Clutter Heights data in the ATOLL(.BIL) format from Global Mapper for Arizona, Phoenix markets.

Can you please advise on the step-by-step procedure to download it?

I have applied for the trial license and have not received it for 48Hrs now, please advise.
