Calculate LE90 and CE90 of point cloud?

Hello

In my workflow, i'am looking for calculate le90 and ce90 to evaluate point cloud accuracy, is there anyway to calculate it?

Also, the RMSE calculated usind Q/C tool....is it the global RMSE(X,Y,Z) ii: planimetry and altemetry or just RMSE (Z) altemetry?
