click right GM crash.

I draw a vector point. If I right-click on the default field name of the attribute table. the GM crash will automatically exit (This problem will not occur in the vector line and the area attribute table).

Only right-clicking after creating a new field in the attribute table of the vector point will not crash.

I was able to reproduce and fix the issue. Note that it happened whenever right-clicking in a column header if none of the features in the layer had any normal attributes (i.e. attributes not inside <>).

Tomorrow's v24.0.x daily build at https://www.bluemarblegeo.com/products/global-mapper-daily-builds.php will have this fixed.
