Correct DEM tile errors?

Hi,

I downloaded some DEM data from here, Basic map information download service (gsi.go.jp) and loaded it in with what I believe to be the correct Datum (JGD2011). A number of tiles appear to have their data shifted, I verified that they are in the correct location, however something has happened that has shifted the data around.

I have a few questions, is it possible I am missing some information and there is a correct way to load these files that will prevent this?

If the data is corrupt, are there any features that would allow me to edit the tiles to correct the errors?

I have uploaded the first tile of that set that is shown in the pictures. I am using Global Mapper Pro v24
