Japanese support for layers names in DWG export

Hello,

In older versions we always had the issue of layer names written in Japanese characters becoming scrambled when exported to DWG.

In V24 we noticed that exporting to DXF using older exporter, it kept the names correct. DWG doesn't.

Would it be possible to export layer names with Japanese characters also in DWG export so it keeps the other styling better?
