I have created my feature info. source data with slope dir. and slope %. how to make the slope map?

I need to make a slope percentage and direction map with anything under 5% to the North and then anything over 10% from the East to the Southwest. I would like to do this with polygons that can be exported and hatched in Acad. I am not understanding which tool is the best to use to make these specific polygons in my version of GM. Please Help, Andy

I am using Global Mapper v20.1
