v22 & v23 Mercator projection transformation bug?

Why is there no obvious change in the view after using the v22 & v23 version to set the Mercator projection and modify the parameters of the central meridian?
For example, select the Mercator projection in the projection option of the configuration dialog box, and set the CENTRAL MERIDIAN to 130. After clicking Apply, Australia in the map in the view will be automatically centered and displayed, which was automatically changed in the previous version, but it has no effect after the v22-v23 version.
