Negative buffer in 23.1

Hi,

In previous versions up to 23 we were able to just input a negative number in the buffer creation dialog for areas features and obtain a buffer area inside the original one.

Now in 23.1 it says that we have to input a positive number so we can't create that type of areas anymore.

Any solution?

    It looks like the validation code was accidentally updated in v23.1.0 to disallow negative numbers. I have fixed this so the next v23.1.x daily build at https://www.bluemarblegeo.com/products/global-mapper-daily-builds.php should have this fixed. There will also be a 23.1.1 official hot fix in a week or two that will also include this fix.
