Identifying planfeatures using drone imagery/point cloud
ksilwp
Global Mapper User
I need to map specific plant features within my drone imagery and or drone generated point cloud. The plants have a distinctive colour and shape. Can I use Global mapper to identify these features? Will I need to use the point cloud or can I use the orthophoto imagery? If it can be done using the point cloud will need global mapper pro to enable the lidar module?
What process is required?
Thanks in advance - IAN

Sorry, that should have been Plant Features! I need to count the number of cycads in my imagery and there are literally thousands of them.
