Is thee a way to find the date of an image displayed in World Imagery in the Download Online Imagery option?

Hi Nev,
I asked exactly the same questions last year (see: https://www.globalmapperforum.com/discussion/15989/is-it-possible-to-determine-the-date-of-an-esri-world-imagery-image#latest ) with no response, so I take it the answer is no.
You can do it in ArcMap, but if you don't have that you could turn on historic imagery in Google Earth (View-> Historical Imagery) and move the slider until you get the same image or close to it, as a free workaround.
Cheers,

Hi Carrick
Thank you for the confirmation. I don't have ArcMap and suspected Google Earth history was the only way.
Cheers
