Point Cloud Selection

When selecting lidar points with the intention of re-classifying them global mapper will often include points on layers that are turned off.  These extra selected points will not be highlighted as part of your selection but will be included in the selection resulting in re-classified points that you didn't intend to reclassify.  This bug has popped up on v 22.1 and later.

This has resulted in much more added time to reclassifying and has forced our company to resort back to v 22.0.
