I am georefencing a raster on GlobalMapper in a projected coordinate system. How can I export the raster in geographic coordinate system?

Load your raster into Global Mapper
Open the Configuration dialog and pick the Projection tab
Select your desired geographic coordinate system: (Projection: "Geographic (Latitude/Longitude)" and the correct datum)
Click OK
Export your raster
