downloaded imagery replaced with grey workspace

Good afternoon everyone.  Haven't seen this before.  Downloading either terrain or visible imagery from online sources initially shows the colored data, but as soon as the download completes the entire area converts to grey.  All I can see is the lat/lon grid.

I am thinking this is a setting hangover from a previous project.  I can load older projects OK.  This is just affecting new work.

Hi John,

Can you provide some more detail? What version of Global Mapper are you using? What data source are you downloading from? What options are you using (a screen capture would be best)? Do you have any other data loaded? Thanks.
