Hi Sasha, I often import/export contour data between GM and AutoCAD. I'm not sure I understand your question? Perhaps you could re-send and attach an example of what you are trying to do?
Cheers,

When i export grid elevation data Dem fom gobal mapper i got elevation in ACAD and Civil 3d but when i export vector/lidar format .dwg i got just flat square of area in those apps ..
Do i need generate contours before export dwg in GM?
I remember i dont need to do that to get elevation ty

Hi Sasha, I think you have answered your own question!
When you export "Elevation Grid Format" you can export it as a dxf (TIN, Mesh or Point file) and import it into AutoCAD no problem and what you are doing is sampling the DEM surface at a prescribed spacing e.g. 1 m x 1 m say, and then creating x,y,z, points for that grid.
But if you want to import contour information you need to create the contours in Global Mapper first and then export them as dxf or dwg before importing into AutoCAD.
I hope that answers your question?
Cheers,
