How to split slope degree in terms of direction?
Hi,
I have not been able to do this on global mapper so if you could support on what would be a good way to do this then it will be really helpful.
We’re doing a slope analysis of a land parcel which contains significant undulations & we’re attempting to do the slope analysis on 2 stages.
- First, we split the slope output interms of the range. So 0-3, 3-6, 3-9, 9-12 & >12 deg slope. I was able to do that successfully.
- Secondly, I am trying to find identify the areas where I am looking at slopes within the same range but with a direction so that I can filter them out and select only the north facing slopes & then the south-facing slopes.
I have not been able to do this on global mapper so if you could support on what would be a good way to do this then it will be really helpful.
